Kellie Sears

Kellie Sears assumed her current role in January 2023. She is responsible for Bunge’s global human capital strategy, global communications, human rights and culture, encompassing all aspects of talent development and capabilities designed to support the company’s growth. With more than 20 years of progressive leadership experience in human resources, she has a proven track record of aligning people strategies with business objectives to drive performance and innovation in complex, fast-paced environments.

Prior to joining Bunge, Kellie served as Chief Human Resources Officer of several companies including Allergan, Asklepios BioPharmaceutical, and BeautyHealth. Earlier in her career, she spent more than 13 years at Pfizer in senior leadership roles, including being responsible for the strategy, design, and implementation of a global shared services model. She began her career in finance, holding positions in accounting and finance before transitioning into human resources. She holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Missouri St. Louis and holds a CPA certificate.
